casement window operator slider

Hi there,

Thank you in advance for the help with this one.

The part that I'm looking for is circled in red in the picture. It is the small plastic piece that connects the protruding arm to the rail on the window side. This part broke, and thus the arm falls out of the rail.

Any guidance you may be able to offer will be greatly appreciated!

We'd be happy to look into this for you but I do not recognize your operator or slider at first glance. To look into this further for you, we would like to see a photo of the base with the cover removed. We'll also need to see a close-up photo of the slider at the end of the arm, preferably undamaged, with the screen removed. Thank you!
