casement window part

Question

trying to find name of this casement window part.  it's made of plastic or nylon and hold the top corner of window and allows it to slide and pivot from that piece when opening or closing window.

This looks like a slide piece of a window hinge like our 36-048. I am afraid these pieces are not sold separately; when they break, the whole hinge set should be replaced. See if the 36-048 matches what you need.
