That nut is unfortunately not sold by itself. It's also not meant to be repaired in any way; if it's coming loose, that means the worm gear is stripped out (or is imminently stripped). That means you will need an all new operator entirely.

We can help, but I'll require a clear photo of the entire operator without obstruction, arms and all. Please let me know if that would be possible.
