casement window parts

Question

trim outside of window. Don't know window mfg. - not marked that I can find.
Is it weather stripping or maybe plastic glazing ????
Do you have something to replace with? Any idea of brand of windows?
Windows are early 90's vintage I believe

This is definitely snap in glazing, but it looks very old. I'm afraid that we don't have an exact match for it. The closest I could find in our inventory was the 55-192. Could you possibly use this as a replacement?
