I need a crank to match and the bottom slide that the bottom arm attaches to...it has 3 screw holes and the window slides on it

Hello there. We may be able to help, but this operator has a unique design, at least at first glance. It's admittedly a bit tough to make out the arm design in the second photo. Could you possibly send me a clearer photo of the link arm? The angle you went for is ideal, but I'd like to make out the details a bit more clearly to see if we can narrow down what this is. Many thanks.

it is the bar at the bottom with the black nylon slider - thanks

Thanks! I see what you have now. This is the hinge. We don't sell this exact style, but our 36-048 should still work for you as long as you replace the top and bottom at the same time. The video below will go into more detail as to exactly what's involved.
