Thanks for posting. At first glance, this looks like the 39-171 Dyad Operator. Please compare with the dimensions below and let me know if anything differs. For a handle that works with this mechanism, see the 39-114L sold separately. For a hinge set, see if the 10" 36-048 matches what you have. Let me know if you have further questions.

thank you. i am attaching 2 additional photos of operator; it is 4 inch long and 1 1/2 inch wide, rectangular in shape. 30905 is the number listed on its arm. i do not need any hinges, they are in good shape, all I need is operator, its arm and crank handle.

The exact size of the operator body shouldn't matter much. The style has changed a bit with the newer replacements, but with rare exception it will fit the original space just fine. More importantly is the dimensions of the split-arm. Let me know if those differ from what's listed below in any way. If it doesn't then you should be good to go.

As mentioned in my first response to you, the 39-171 operator is compatible with the 39-114L handle.
