I was able to find similar parts on your site but smaller in size.  Wondering if you can help to identify if you have these parts available?

It appears your window uses a four bar style hinge with a 16" track. Please start by reviewing the 36-024 or the 36-024HD heavy duty version. Compare the overall dimensions to your original to confirm a good fit! We recommend replacing both the top and bottom hinges at the same time for compatibility.
