Your photos resemble the 39-031 and 39-032 operator at first glance. Review the specifications below to confirm it's a match. If so, see the 39-505 track, as well as the 39-516 and 39-517 brackets commonly used with these operators.

With that being said, it looks like your last batch of photos shows the same type of hardware installed on an awning window. Keep in mind that these parts are intended for casement windows, so we can't guarantee they will work as intended.

As for the hinges, take a look at the 36-048 set, which should work as long as the 10" long base matches yours. Thanks for posting!
