casement window replacement parts

Question

I amlooking to replace the pieces that attach to bottom and window and actual window frame...you can see the rusted parts, we can't close the window completely because it won't slide properly on the far left corner.
I can't get the part out because it is soo rusted...the crank works fine though it's just the 2 parts that attach with the small arm

It looks like the parts you are referring to are pieces from the casement window hinge. They aren't sold separately so you'll need to replace the entire hinge to repair the window.

Since they are rusting, you may be able to use the 36-004-10 2 Bar Hinge Set. It is made of a stainless steel material. Carefully review and compare the dimensions and let me know if they are much different from the original hinge.

This set should be used to replace the top and bottom hinges, at the same time, to ensure they'll be a match. These can be used for both right and left handed applications.
