It's a bit difficult to say for certain what you have without seeing a clear picture of the link arm; but start by looking at our 39-221 and 39-222. You will note that these operators have an offset in the gear arm, just like your operator. But you'll have to compare all the dimensions and specifications listed on the product page to confirm that it matches.
