casement window truth crank

A home owner from Old Tappan, NJ says:
My casement window does not close completely. It seems that the hardware is worn. The pictures are taken from the good working window because I m afraid to open the broken one.

On one metal bar, I can see Truth 30905. Another one is AMS 6093. Please verify from the pictures.

My contractor needs the parts to fix the problems

Hi there!

Your operator looks like it may be an older version of our 39-171 and 39-172. Compare our dimensions with your old assembly to see what you think.
