Good Morning,
The hex fitting and handle have been stripped and the end of the handle broke while in the operation box. Can I replace the operation box and handle or do I need to replace the whole double bar apparatus for each side? Thanks for your help.

Thanks for writing in. It looks like you'd need a 5/16" male hex handle. See our 39-226. This might work fine without any problem, and is certainly worth trying. However, there's a chance that a ring within the operator broke along with the handle. If that's the case, you have a few options. You could try packing the spline with some plastic tape; this is a short-term solution but could work for perhaps a year. Otherwise, we could help you replace the entire operator and handle, but we'd need to see the operator removed from the window, with the link arm(s) in full view. Let us know what you think.
