The parts I purchased earlier did not solve my problem. The photos show the bottom of the window sash and the frame. One of the arms is rusted and broken. I need both the part attached to the sash and the other attached to the frame. Are you able to help?

Looks like you need a new hinge. I recommend the 36-004-10. As long as you replace the top and bottom at the same time then these should work well for you. The video below will also walk you through the replacement process.
