Hi Willy and Flavia. Take a look at our 39-171 and 39-172 Operators to start. Go over the dimensions to see if they match what you need. For a new hinge set, see our 36-048 and see if this matches what you need.

Thank you for your response. See pictures of our window operators. They are different than the ones you sent. Ours are attached to the windows not on the window sill.
What is damaged is the arms on top of the windows and the parts that slides. Could the brackets work without changing the operators? The crank is fine and not rusted. Maybe if we order the tracks and brackets and try that first. we have 11 windows to be fixed. Can we order one and see how this works
Thanks

Hello Bob,

Bob from SWISCO responded:

Thanks for the reply. I actually still am confident the 39-171 and 39-172 are the right replacements. You should be able to pop off the trim at the top to get to the screw plate. The video below is for a different time of operator, an awning operator, but it illustrates the same process of getting at the screw plate. I should add I think you could use with a new casement hinge set too. See our 36-004-10 Stainless Steel hinge set.
