We can't be sure of what you need based on a damaged part, but the Roto 39-329 and 39-330 operators would be a good place to start. Review the specifications below to confirm if this could work for your repair. Note that the link arm has a downward offset. We also offer the 39-232 handle if needed.

If you need new hinges as well, take a look at the 36-048 2-bar hinge set. As long as yours has the same 10" sill track, you should be good to go. Thanks for posting.
