castement window lock

This window latch is missing the lever . I could not find any name or manufacture markings on the window or on the latch.

Thank you for posting. How does this lock mount? Can you also tell me the distance between the installation holes, center-to-center? You may also want to consider our 38-095, 38-138, and 38-139 and see if any of these are a possible match. Let me know what you think.
