This is a brown plastic drawer guide with a screw hole next to the roller. The item has a #168 stamped on it. It is on a Walter of Wabash dresser.

This looks like a Kenlin Rite Trak II system. We don't carry this exact setup but see our 32-053 drawer track kit, along with the video below. Look these over and see what you think.
