certain teed window spring broken

Question

window was getting hard to open.  window is about 20 years old.  Other than the broken spring, it is in good/fair condition.

Hey there. See the 15-192 Pivot Shoe, which works with Series 170 and Series 171 Coil balance springs. See the video below. The coil housing is no longer made, so you'll need to reuse the old housing if possible.
