We have a certainteed crank out casement window that needs a part. The windows were installed 8/1995 and have been excellent. recently, one of the windows had an issue. There is a small, plastic? slide that sits at the top on the pivot side of the window. The Slide sits in a grooved plate. I'll attach a picture of the black piece and of the paperwork the contractor left behind, hopefully a number on it will help. I hope the picture helps
