I have Certainteed vinyl tilt-out windows. They are getting old and the strips that are at the top and fuzzy (I do not know the name) are pulling away and now I get moisture on the inside window. Can I get new strips? I have four windows. I hope I explained the problem well enough.

You can definitely find replacement strips of wool pile. Do you see your style of strip on our site? If not, send a photo of your strip "in profile," like this:
