certainteed pivot bars

Hi Bob,
We have a number of Certainteed pivot windows installed many moons ago with broken Pivot bars. Need 6 if available. Dimensions in pix attached are: Overall length is 3.0 inches.Two screw holes are 1.0" apart. The bar with a ring that hooks into the shoe is 1/4" by 3/16". Typed on the Bar is the number 98
