My recommendation would be the 15-192 pivot shoe which uses the S170 and S171 coil balances.  Just note, the face of the pivot shoe may need to be shaved down so that it can fit in the window track. We also sell the 26-353 CertainTeed pivot bar. Look them over and let us know if you have any questions.
