certanteed upper tilt sash approx 1997 Latch

Question

the latch clips into a slot in the upper part of the sash
dim are 3 1/2" x 3/4 about 1/4" thick, there is a screw hole about 2 1/8" from the rail end of the window which doesn't appear to be used in these window as no hole in sash not sure what your part number is
