Looks like you need a new hinge set, casement window lock, and french door handle. we won't be able to supply the french door handle but we can help with the rest.

For the hinge, see our 36-048. This isn't exactly like yours but it should still work as long as you replace the top and bottom at the same time. I'll also supply a video at the end of this post that will walk you through how to install it in your window.

The lock also isn't made, but you should be able to use our more modern 38-097 and 38-098 as replacements. However they won't be compatible with your old keeper, so you'll also need a new 38-079.
