Channel Balance Need

from Spring Hill Florida
I have two windows. four balances (two lefts & two Rights.
I have a number stamped onto a balance that I can read : 2820X.
I narrowed it down to either your 351 series or 390 series.
I am having difficulty with the size of the shoe.
I have included pictures, I am not sure where to measure or how precise it is...maybe you can help...or let me know if the 1/8 of an inch is that critical in the grand scheme of things. ( might the larger shoe be able to be trimmed down ???) I will await your reply, thanks for helping me out .
By the way, do you carry the nylon window corner parts pictured ?

Thanks for writing in. It's a bit difficult to tell from photos, but I'm leaning towards the 15-001, which is the shoe that comes installed to our Series 390. That 1/8" actually does make a difference when it comes to the balance properly fitting into the jamb track; but if by some change it turned out the shoe was too big for your window, you could indeed shave the shoe down a bit to fit your needs; just keep in mind that modified products cannot be returned for a refund. That said, I'm fairly sure this is a Series 390, assuming that the top nylon attachment looks like the 19-002

As far as the other piece you show, this is a Top Sash Guide. It keeps the channel balances in place during the operation of the window sash. We likely can replace these for you, but there are many different kinds, so it would be best to see an undamaged version removed from the window, with mugshot pictures of the front and side. Many thanks.
