We'd be happy to help but the stamp code only indicates the strength of the spring, not the correct replacement. To get started, we'll need to see photos of your balance removed from the window. Please make sure to include both ends, the pulley clip, and the connecting point between the spring and pulley inside the metal channel. Thank you! 

Thanks for getting back to us. We can't be positive based on a damaged balance but you may have either the S380-33 or S385-33 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment. 

You'll also need 3240 spring strength options for your replacement balances. Thank you and let us know if you have any other questions or concerns.

Unforutnately, these additional pictures don't give us any new information but the determining factor would be the depth of the bottom fitting shown in our last response. 

As we mentioned, you'll need to confirm the depth of the bottom fitting to choose between the S380 and S385. From there, the balances can be purchased directly on our website or by giving our customer service team a call at (888) 991-1929.
