Thanks for your post! Your window balance is an 86 style Caldwell Channel Balance. These are a custom assembly, because they are not a common item in our inventory, so I'll need to provide you with a quote to place the order. 

To confirm pricing and availability for them, I'll just need to know the number of balances you'd like to purchase. The quantity minimum is (2) balances.
