I have a similar issue and have attached a few more detailed pictures. I cannot locate a stamp on the metal channel but it measures 26 1/2".

I am sure we can assist you with your replacements, but first, I would like to ask some questions in return, if I may. Did your top tilt latches look anything like our 26-243 and 26-244 latches? Take a look and let us know.
Moving on to your channel balance. The measurement you gave us, 26 1/2", was that the length measurement of the balance? Is there any way you can send us some more photos of the balance on the other side as well as a close up of the top and bottom channel balance shoes?

Those are exactly correct. I will order those in beige today.
As far as the measurement, it is actually 26" for the actual channel, minus the foot.
Does that help, and are these photos what you needed?
