28D BSI channel balance

Please help me ID the replacement part for my upper double hung window. Thanks. 28 inches in lenght

Sure, we should be able to help. See our S795-28 channel balance, I think you'll find this is a very close match. The only difference I see is that your shoe uses an open cam while the S795-28 uses a closed cam. With that in mind, I also recommend purchasing our 15-195B separately.
