Channel balance with stamp 32B

i am in need of 2 balances. The windows have no marking for manufacturer. White vinyl double hung. The balances are marked 32b bsi ar. They are 32 inches long and use a string to attach to the window frame. There is a T shaped metal part on the sash that sits into a plastic shoe on the bottom of the balance

It sounds like you'll need our S795-32 balance with a 32B option. Please send us a photo of your balance so that we can confirm that this balance will work for you. Also, we will need the measurement of your bottom balance shoe. Thank you!
