channel balance

Question

I have a broken channel balance from what I think is a Philips window that weighs 17.6 pounds. There is a marking on the channel that reads 25 4 Caldwell LM or LN. Length of the channel is 27.25 with the plastics end pieces included. the depth of the one plastic end piece is 5/16". Please let me know what replacement part it is. Thank you.

Hi, thanks for posting! It looks like you are in need of our S385-26 channel balance. Your winged, bottom shoe attachment appears to have a depth of 1-3/32" and you have a channel length of 26" with the attachments not included. You can select the 2540 option to correspond to your stamped "25 4" marking. Let us know what you think!
