We can replace this balance, but it will have to be a special order. Before we begin, can you give me the number printed on the channel balance? Can you also tell me how many you need?

i need for 7 windows total 14 balance and the number no appear on balance that's why i sent you the picture.

Thank you for clarifying. The number isn't used for identification, it's used to tell us how strong the spring is. If your balance does not have a number, then we will need you to tell us the exact weight of the sash that these balances support. That will help us determine how these springs need to be calibrated.
