4 digits- 2965(B61 sideways) RV . Its measure 30 inch in length and 9/16 in width.The whole thing is broken. Trying to find the best replacement part

Hello,

It looks like you have a S395-30 balance with a 19-005 top and 15-001 (1-1/8" depth) bottom balance fittings. The spring weight will be 2965 for a sash weighing between 35-39 lbs. Thank you!

I recently purchased a S390-30 w/a 2965 that came w/a shoe set, but after taking the window off to replace the channel balance, I notice the bottom shoe didnt match.Can I return this one to get a channel balance w/a correct shoe set. Sorry to be inconvenience to you or will it make no difference w/ the installation? My reference number is D124524. After looking closely. I think I order the wrong part.
