Hi, we appreciate the patience on this one! It looks like you have a Series 190 coil balance which goes with the 15-180 coil shoe, 15-181 double support clip, and the 15-182 bushing. However, you only have to worry about replacing what's broken!

As far as the coil balance goes, check yours for a stamped or printed number. This indicates the weight of the window that the coils have to support. If yours doesn't have any numbers, you'll need to weigh the window sash and divide it by the number of coils you have. I know that's a lot of info at once, so please don't hesitate to reach back out with any questions!

A home owner from Kalamazoo, Michigan says:
There are no marking on the part (picture I sent you) We
weighed the tilt in bottom window which weighs 13.8. There is only one coil like I sent you (right side) and on the left side coil is OK,but different than the right. Thanks
Barb.

Thank you for the additional information. You should be able to us our S190-740 coil spring for a replacement. Instead of using two coil springs, like you show in your first photo, you will only need to use one spring on each side. Take a look and let us know if there is anything else you may need.
