You will need to completely remove the balance out of the window and upload some images of the entire piece for us to review. We will also need to know the metal length measurement of the balance, along with any stamping or marking that appears on the balance. |

Thank you for the extra photos. Take a look at both our Series 351 and S390 balances. These look the same with the exception of the depth measurement of the bottom balance shoe. The depth of the bottom balance shoe for the Series 351 is 1" and for the Series 390 is 1-1/8". You will need to measure the depth of your bottom shoe, like in the diagram below, to determine which of the two is the better match. Your balances should also have some sort of stamping or marking on the balance to determine which option to choose. If they don't, you will need to weigh the sashes of each window and refer to the sash weight chart listed on the store pages. 72 |

For your balance marked with "29 3" you will use our 2930 and for the balance marked "15 2", you will go with our 1520. |
