channel balance with 15-193 and 19-038

Question

The metal portion measures 29 inches. I attached some photos.
I think the bottom shoe is 15-193 and the top is 19-038.
The part I cannot figure out is the channel balance itself. The ones on your web site all have shoes mounted, but not the shoes I need.
The window sash itself weights 17 lbs.

I need 6 of these balances for 3 windows.
