Thanks for taking a look at these.  I have a 22" long channel balance, 9/16 width, and I think it's about 1 and 1/8 inch deep. We weighed the window and it weighs 22 pounds.

If the shoe depth is 1-1/8", then the S390-22 is what you need. Your old stamp code appears to state 21B, which would correspond to our stamp option of 2120, which supports a sash in the weight range of 8 through 12 lbs. Yet if your window weighs 22 lbs exactly, you'd want a stamp option of 2140, which covers a sash in the weight range of 15 through 23 lbs. Did you ever have trouble keeping this window open before the balances broke? If so, a weak stamp option would be why.
