Hello, thank you for writing in! We would be happy to help you find replacement channel balances. The stamp that you indicate tells us the necessary spring strength, but we will still need to determine what series you have. In order to do this we will need to see clear images of the plastic fittings at either end of the channel. I would preferably like to see them from above with the open side of the channel, where the spring is revealed, facing up. Thanks!

the channel has 19-2 stamped on the back it is 9/16" wide and 20" long without the ends. Attached are photos of the channel and the ends.

Please help me, Thanks Dean

Hi Dean, thanks for all of this information. I think we can help, but this will need to be custom made due to its unique design. That bottom shoe with the wheel in it is not one of our stock options, although we can supply it.

If you'd like to proceed, I just need two more pieces of information.

First, I need to see the clip at the end of the pulley cord.

Then I also need to know your desired quantity. From there I can e-mail you a custom order link!

Here are the photos you requested. As far as quantity, depending on price possibly ten. I think these windows are a Marvin brand purchased in 2007.

Thanks, Dean

Dean,

I just e-mailed you a custom order link for 10 pieces.

Just a note - these balances with the 1920 stamp are typically 19-5/8" long. This is what we will be providing. You may want to double check the length of your channel.

Let me know if you have any further questions!
