This might be an S380-23. I'd compare with an undamaged balance to ensure that top nylon fitting is the same (our 19-005). Note however that the Series 380 uses a bottom nylon fitting that has a depth of 1". The depth is the 'heel-to-toe' measurement. Let me know if your old balance has a depth less than this; some balances have shoes that are 7/8" for instance. Let me know if you have further questions.
