Channel balance stamped 2740

Thank you for posting on the discussion board. Are you sure that you have the 15-003 shoes? These shoes appear very similar to our 15-002 and 15-001 shoes, but are far less common. Can you double check?

Better yet, to help us identify the correct replacement hardware for your application, please remove the balances from your window and take a few pictures of them, and then reply back to this thread with the images attached.

Please make sure you take a picture of the attachments on both ends of your balance, as well as the stamp number.

Thank you, Lenny! That helps clear things up. Just by eyeballing your picture, I think your bottom shoe is closer to our 15-001, which has a depth of 1-1/8". Does that look about right? Please confirm.

If you do, indeed, have the 15-001 shoe, please look at S395-28 with the 2740 option.
