I need a channel balance and a top sash guide for my window The channel balance has the marking on it of CALDWELL 28 3 10.

Thank you for your help, I will need to order 2 channel balances and 2 sash guides.

Hi Ron. For the Top Sash Guide, see if either the 18-166 or 18-009 match up; compare the dimensions to find out. For the channel balance, that stamp only tells us its strength, not its identity. We'll need to see the nylon fittings on either end to determine which balance you need.
