It is, yes. Your photos tell us everything we need. You can use our S795-30 as a replacement for your old balance, but there is a catch; your old shoe has an open cam while the shoe that comes with the S795-30 by default is closed. 

With that in mind, you'll also want a 15-195B open cam shoe, which is sold separately. The video below will show you how these attach to the balance once you get them in.
