channel balance

Question

I am looking for channel balances replacements for my windows. Tried to search for the replacements with the numbers and letters on the rod but not sure what part I exactly need.

Hello!

It looks like your balance's top and bottom fittings are non-winged which leads me to believe you have either our S351-35 or S390-35. I know they look almost identical at first glance but the important difference is the bottom shoe depth. The Series 351 has a 1" deep shoe and the Series 390 has a 1-1/8" deep shoe. Measure as shown in the image below to determine the best match. You will also need the 3450 spring strength option.
