metal 30", all other aspects meet the 380, uses the kinco channel guide (recently bought 8) of which a need also. Don't recognize the weight code: 29 9

Your 29 9 stamp code is actually from an outdated weight system that is no longer used. You'll need to confirm the exact weight of your window sash in order to determine which option you'll need. There is a chart on the S380-30 product page that explains how to choose your option based on the sash weight. Thank you.
