We can supply your replacement balances but it will need to be a custom order due to the length, extended travel pulley system and unique combination of end attachments. 

The length of the metal channel excluding the nylon attachments should measure 31-5/8" long, please confirm! 

To further review, we will need to see a side profile view of the nylon bottom shoe and a clear image of the hook/clip at the bottom. From there we can determine the correct type for your window.

Please also confirm the number stamped on the balance, I believe it reads 31-9.
