Stamped on may part is 29B BSI GL, it is 29 inches by 1/2" x 1/2" with spring small nylon rope, (2) pulley and spring. Window is appx. 24 years old
This looks like the correct part

Thanks for reaching out! I'm sorry to say that I would not be able to confirm if this balance is the correct replacement without seeing photos of the hardware.
The stamp on the balance only indicates the weight range the balances should be able to hold to support the sash weight. Unfortunately, I cannot use it to identify the balance series you need.
Are you able to provide a photo of an undamaged balance?
