This is from a Harvey double hung window i am in need of some new channel balance

Hello,
We'd be happy to look into this for you but we would need to see the opposite end of the metal channel to determine how it installs in the window jamb. It would also help to see the part that the pulley hook connects to.
Our balances do not generally correspond to 3535 strength options, so we would need to know the exact weight of your window sash to determine the strength options needed for your replacements. Lastly, we'll need to confirm the exact length of your metal channel. Thank you!
