I need help in identifying and ordering window parts.

I followed the video and uploaded the photos.

The channel is 27" long.

Thanks for your photos. Based on what I see here, you have either our S380-27 or S385-27, depending on the depth of the bottom shoe. That's the only difference between them. I recommend measuring your shoe and referring to our dimensions to confirm the best match.

When ordering the parts, it's asking for choosing stamp option. I chose, 2640. Is that correct?

Yes, based on your old stamp of 26-4, our 2640 option is my top recommendation.
