channel balance

Question

I think I have the correct channel balance. I don't know what weight to get. The only numbers I can find stamped are 296 USB..? Also the brand window is a Clearview.I chose the 30inch series 385 channel balance product code S385-30

Usually a stamp of 29 6 corresponds to our 2960 option, though you should weigh your window sash just in case. Also, be sure the nylon attachments on the Series 385 match your own. Don't just go by appearance, but size as well.
