Question

have some Kinro windows bad balancers.........pictures attached....is 27 inches long and 1/2 inch wide........appears to match your 385/27 with standard ends for that. No numbers anywhere on the balancer. Sash feels between 20-30lbs...can you identify from attached pictures and information.

Thanks for posting! This does look similar to the S385-27. This comes with the 19-005 top and 15-004 bottom. As long as your nylon ends are the same, this should be okay.

As for the option, you will need to weigh your sash on a scale to get an exact weight. I'm afraid 20-30 pounds is too wide a range to reliable recommend anything. These are delicate systems and you really need an exact weight to go off of. Once you have an exact weight, you can look at the chart on the S385-27 store page to confirm the best option.
